image Purchased a Groupon, made an appointment for 3 facials and was told that they don't do 3 at once but they could do 2 while one person waits in the waiting room. Everything was fine until we showed up and the owner was behind the front desk, had an attitude right off the bat and told me I didn't have an appointment and that they wouldn't do 3 peoples facials at once. Tried reasoning with her and explaining what happened and what I had been told on the phone and while I was talking she pointed a finger in my face and told me to "be quiet" needless to say, I returned the Groupon and did not get a facial. Will not be going back.

image I invited a dear friend of mine to get a massage with me on Saturday, September 19th 2020. When we arrived at the location, we were told that only one employee was available to massage us, even though we booked a "couples massage". She noted that they called me, however I went through my calls and didn't see a phone call from them or a voicemail. Voicemails are crucial when delivering an important message. Luckily, we were able to reschedule for the following day, however it was extremely rare that we had the availability on our schedule to do so. We proceeded to go the following day and received our massages. Since I invited my friend, I expected to have a wonderful experience for the both of us. My friend informed me after the massage was over that the woman massaging her was the receptionist and the masseuse, so her massage was interrupted at least four times during the duration of the massage. This resulted in her getting an uneven massage throughout her body and not a full hour as we paid for. Then after the massage was done, we paid $134.00 for a massage that was priced at $108.00. I received an email that specifically said the massage would cost $108.00. When we explained this to the receptionist, she informed us that they gave us a different massage than the one we ordered, however no one informed us of this. Rather than offer us a refund for the massage that they mischarged us, she said she would charge $108 for the next one. On top of it all, there were people waiting in the lobby playing loud music and videos which interrupted our attempt at relaxation. My friend and I have agreed to never return to this spa again. They refused to refund us the amount they mischarged us, and lied about me being late, as if I deserved the shortened massage due to my delay.. however we squeezed this in our schedule due to a mistake made on there part. I suggest never going to this salon, as they are liars.
